Effective, high converting websites, strategically designed to achieve your goals; optimised for viewing on devices of all sizes.
Millions of websites are hacked annually due to lack of maintenance. Our Managed Hosting can help.
In today's impersonal world of corporate buyouts and takeovers, we choose to know our clients and their needs.
G’day, I’m Steve. I’m the founder and Specialist Consultant here at WP Insites.
In today’s digital world, a high performing website should be a key part of your business’ digital strategy. Unfortunately, in numerous roles over the past 24 years in this industry, I have seen many businesses failing with their online marketing due mainly to their website being outdated, lacking worthwhile content and not generating or converting new business leads well.
It’s here that we can help by creating a digital strategy for your business, starting with websites that are elegant, easy to use on any device and well designed to work hard in your business, generating leads and sales 24/7/365. Your most valuable salesperson!
When you’re ready to talk to us about how we can help you reach your business goals, find the Apply Here button at the bottom of any page and use that to touch base with us. Tell us about your exciting project and we’ll tell you honestly if we believe we can help.
Founder
To build anything that is going to last requires a plan; a blueprint. When it comes to implementing a successful digital strategy, most people don’t plan to fail, they just fail to plan. Our goal is to help you achieve your business goals. To do that successfully, we employ a proven process that has been used to implement hundreds of successful business websites. To begin your journey, familiarise yourself with our process, which we’ve outlined below, then click the button at the bottom of the page to get started by filling out our Website Worksheet.
To begin the process we first ask you a series of questions to uncover why you believe you need a new website and precisely what you want that website to achieve, to get to the core of what your business does and your current digital strategy needs. The information we gather at this stage will be the basis for everything we do together.
Armed with a solid understanding of the results you’re seeking, we’ll build a visual sitemap so we can all be on the same page about what it is we’re trying to communicate to your potential customers or clients and the best way to structure the information. We’ll also visit options that may be relevant to other aspects of your digital strategy.
From here we get into the actual structure of your new website. Instead of trying to navigate the minefield of technical jargon to tell you what we intend to build, we’ll instead create an interactive prototype, a mockup if you like, that you can take for a spin in your web browser, to show exactly how our solution will work.
This is where the rubber meets the road; the design and web development phase. During this stage we get to play with the paint brushes – and code editors – to bring your interactive prototype to life. We’ll match everything to your brand identity and select imagery appropriate to your business’ culture.
This phase is where we disappear for a few weeks to make sure everything is tied down and tested, prior to announcing your shiny new website to the world. At this stage we’ll either deploy your website to your own hosting server, or to our live servers if you’re taking out one of our highly recommended hosting and maintenance plans.
Once your new website has been launched, we’ll proceed with the additional marketing strategies we outlined in the initial plan. During the first 30 days after deployment, we’ll carefully monitor and tweak aspects of your new business website in order to achieve higher traffic and conversions.
Yeah we know, boring right? But if you don’t know where you’re going, how will you know if and when you arrive? Clearly defined goals are essential for successful online campaigns. If you’ve got goals or are willing to work with us to define them, let’s talk.
Building an audience online is hard work, can often be frustrating and it takes time. Passion is the fuel you will need to keep going when you feel like you’re driving on flat tyres and the world seems to be conspiring against you.
You’re going to need to invest some money. Anything
worthwhile rarely comes without sacrifice of some kind. We don’t work for equity in your start-up or the promise of future work, so that sacrifice will have to come from your bank account.
To work together we will need your attentiveness, so you’ll need someone taking care of “stuff”, to free up some of your time. If you don’t have help and won't get some, you’ll have a hard time convincing us that you have the time for your project.
Tell us a little about your project and if we honestly believe we can
help you we’ll get in touch to discuss next steps. We look forward to learning more about your project.

Absolutely not! We've been helping people just like you develop successful websites for businesses, NGO's and sporting bodies since the early 90's. Stick with us and we'll walk you through the process.
A VW Golf will cost you about $20k. An AMG Mercedes 4WD about ten times that much. Both have four wheels and get you from A to B, but that’s about as far as the similarities extend.
The same can be true of websites.
Our website projects generally start at around $3k for a standard business site and range upward, depending on whether you want all-wheel drive and heated seats.
We’re not really into throwing anything other than parties. We take pride in what we do, and we want it to get results for you.
The actual time will depend on the features you require and the quality of the content you already have ready to go. At the absolute minimum, for something very basic, it will take around four weeks. The average is around double that.
A domain name is your address on the internet, so yes, you will need one; we can assist with obtaining something appropriate. Normally your domain name would be something like yourcompany.com.au.
Web Hosting is a service that allows your website to be viewed. Websites don’t just float around in the ether somewhere, they require a web server. We aren’t a hosting company, so we don’t do it directly, but we do offer a variety of hosting options through our best-in-class hosting partners. We strongly recommend one of our fully managed care plans to ensure your website is kept safe, secure and performing at its peak potential.
It’ll do more than just work on them, all of the sites we design are optimised for use on mobile devices.
Sure can! We can even hook it up to payment gateways like Paypal and Stripe for secure credit card processing, right on your own website!
Yes we can definitely bundle social media and email marketing services into the project if we consider it will be a worthwhile expenditure for you.
SEO means Search Engine Optimisation. It is the process that gets your website appearing higher up the list of results when people search for your business, service or product on search engines like Google. The higher up the list you appear, the more traffic you normally get, leading to more sales.
There is a lot involved in successful SEO. We include the bare essentials with every website, including the most important aspect, advice about good quality, authoritative content. We will discuss any additional requirements during the course of the project planning and bundle agreed SEO services into the project.
Not directly. First and foremost, you know your business better than we do. The basis for the content needs to, therefore, come from you. If you’re not into writing, we can certainly put you in contact with an excellent copywriter who specialises in writing SEO optimised content for websites.
Again, not directly. We like to stick with what we’re really good at. We do, however, have great relationships with superb graphic designers who specialise in logos, branding and even printing services. We’re more than happy to put you in touch with them.
